Plus! 98: Blank Screen Is Displayed When Screen Saver Is Activated

SYMPTOMS
When you select one of the following screen savers included in Microsoft
Plus! 98 Desktop Themes, you may see only a blank screen when the screen
saver is activated:
- Corbis Photography
- Fashion
- World Traveler
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if Microsoft DirectX is not installed properly or
if one or more DirectX files are missing or damaged.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of DirectX.
