RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use the System File Checker utility to extract
a copy of the Jpegim32.flt file from your Microsoft Windows 98 CD-ROM to
your hard disk. To do this, follow these steps:
| 1. | Insert the Microsoft Windows 98 CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
Press and hold down the SHIFT key as you insert the CD-ROM
to prevent the CD-ROM from starting automatically. |
| 2. | Click Start, and then click Run. |
| 3. | In the Open box, type the following line, and then
click OK: sfc.exe |
| 4. | Click "Extract one file from installation disk." |
| 5. | In the "Specify the system file you would like to
restore" box, type jpegim32.flt
and then click Start. |
| 6. | In the Restore From box, click the CD-ROM drive that
contains the Windows 98 CD-ROM. |
| 7. | In the Save File In box, type the following line, and then
click OK <drive>:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Grphflt
where <drive> is the drive letter of the hard disk on which
Windows is installed.

Community Feedback System
Very often, it takes hours to solve a problem. Very often, you've looked high
and low, and have tried a lot of solutions. When you finally found it, chances
are, it was because someone else helped you. Here's your chance to give back.
Use our community feedback tool to let others know what worked for you and what
didn't.
Please also understand that the community feedback system is not warranted to be
correct, it's simply a system that we've built to let people try and help each
other. If something in a feedback response doesn't make sense to you, or you're
not comfortable making changes that the feedback talks about (like registry
edits), please consult a professional.
Thank you for using kbAlertz.com Feedback System.
