This article was previously published under Q217756

SYMPTOMS

When performing a Recalculate Web or Check Server Extensions process in the Microsoft Management Console, the following Dr. Watson error message is displayed.
Dr. Watson for Windows NT
An error has occurred and an application error log is being generated.
mmc.exe
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x67f26153

CAUSE

The error occurs when performing a Recalculate Web or Check Server Extensions and you do not click OK at the completion of each task.

For example:

You click Task, Recalculate Web for one subweb, and do not click OK when the dialog box appears notifying you that the task is complete, and you then perform a Recalculate Web on another subweb. RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, click OK after completing each task.
