Plus! 98: Deluxe CD Player Does Not Function if Drive Door Is Open on CD-ROM Changer

SYMPTOMS
If a CD-ROM changer is installed in your computer, the Deluxe CD Player utility included in Microsoft Plus! 98 may not function properly.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the drive door on the CD-ROM changer is left
open.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, close the drive door on the CD-ROM changer.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Plus! 98, version 1.0.
