Cannot Start Windows NT on Computer with IBM ServRaid Adapter

After you install Windows NT 4.0 on an extended partition on a computer
using an IBM ServRaid adapter, you may receive the following error message
when you restart the computer:
Cannot find the operating system files.

How to Obtain the Latest Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition Service Pack 4.
