SYMPTOMS

When you insert an audio CD into your CD-ROM drive and use the Deluxe CD Player utility included in Plus! 98 to play the audio CD, you may not automatically retrieve information about the audio CD from the Internet.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if your Internet service provider (ISP) does not use Dial-Up Networking to connect to the Internet.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, connect to the Internet before you insert the audio CD into the CD-ROM drive or start the Deluxe CD Player utility.
