Picture It! Express Cannot Find the Pintro.hlp File

SYMPTOMS
When you press F1 to start Help in the "Why upgrade to Microsoft Picture
It!" screen, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot find the C:\Program Files\Plus!\Pie\Pintro.hlp file.
CAUSE
This error message occurs because the Pintro.hlp file is not included with
Picture It! Express.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Picture It!
Express.
